TrainerRoad Customer Service…will not drive you nuts!

One thing that drives me nuts is poor Customer Service, I suspect it drives you nuts too. You know the standard BS, your call is important and all that!

After the Tour of Sufferlandria I decided to reset all my TrainerRoad records, most if not all were several years old from Ironman Training and were based on Virtual Power rather than the Stages PM I have now. What I didn’t know was that I would delete everything…ack!

I fired off an email…and waited!image Now I work in IT and trust me being passed along to a Developer does not happen, these guys are busy, busy, busy! I rushed to my PC and hit F5!

28 days later!

Well actually it’s more like 33 days later but you get the drift! I got the photo’s a wee bit muddled but you can see the improvement week on week!

Internal Bruising is pretty much gone and most everything else is healed up! No Plastic Surgery required and discoloration should fade in time…months though not weeks!

IMG_2580There’s this to deal with and then to get the bike fixed…

It could have been so much worse!

Dirty Weekend!?!

A couple of awesome videos that passed my way, both showing what diverse fun can be had on the dirt of the trails!

The first from a friend of mine LARunner captures the inaugural Sean O’Brien 50 Mile Race that happened last weekend.

The second some crazy cool mountain biking from Vancouver’s North Shore!

What’s your dirty weekend plans?
