Milestones...

So, I reached the 1000 miles on my Nike+ this week and got a great little rosette to print or email to people - the ironic thing is that I do not know any literal person that has a Nike+, all my running partners are virtual!

I started running with my Nike+ on January 1st this year so all things being equal I should finish the year out with between 2000 and 2250 miles - or to put in another way; about ten pairs of running shoes.

    Well... congratulations! I'm close to 500... would be closer if not for this darn flu turned strep over night. Damn you tonsils (where ever you may be)!
