Sugar sugar!

And so the detox goes on another 1.5lb lost with little or no effort and an overall feeling of betterness!

  1. Oh I know this guy, I used to listen to his podcasts. This is what I think of Sugar. I can't stop but have limited my intake. Day after big races though, watch out!

  4. I gave up all sugar (except in whole fruits) about 1.5 years ago. It's been pretty great for me -- but I don't think everyone necessarily needs to. I envy people who can handle it.

    As for your sweetener post...I gave up sugar years ago, got hooked on splenda and now I'm off all artificial sweeteners. Whew!! I miss splenda in my coffee but I know I'm better off without it.

  8. I have cut a ton of sugar out but just can not give it up when it comes to my coffee. At least i am using less.
