You know your weekend is too short when...
After a day at work and a brisk 7 mile run in the evening you go home with a bit of sore throat, put the kids to bed, have dinner decide that an early night is in order but have to stretch and foam roll you IT bands before hitting the hay. Half an hour later you wife finds you asleep on the bedroom floor snoring in some sort of pseudo contorted stretch…I am that man!

ReplyDeleteNow that is funny and insane. I normally only sleep on the bathroom floor if I have had a few drinks. Thankfully that has been a few years since that has happened.

Funny. I have done the same thing after core work. I was just beat and curling up on the carpet sounded like a good idea. I hope you have a bit more of a spring in your step today.
