iworkoutnow.com is site created by mahodder. This site was created to help others get the most out of their iPod Nanos and Sport Kits. mahodder first started running with a Sport kit January 2007 and was inspired to create the site due to the lack of info available about what you could do with your Nike+ data other than just uploading it to the Nike site.

iworkoutnow.com offers a forum for discussing all aspects of the Nike+ and is a great tool for Race Directors to manage their challenges and for competitors to view their challenges without having to wait for the somewhat clunky flash based Nike site. In addition the forum and posts are available as a RSS feed and there is a runner map where you can stick a push pin for yourself.

A fellow competitor in the Nike+ challenge world introduced me to Athlinks.com. From their website:

Athlinks is the most comprehensive database of endurance race results and events anywhere in the world. We currently provide coverage in the U.S. and parts of Canada and Mexico for six different race categories: Running (over 3 K), Swimming (open water and/or over 500 M), Cycling, Mountain Biking, Triathlon/Multi Sport, and Adventure Racing.

It allows you to collect and post your race times and results, create and share your gear; shoes, HRM, bikes, trainers etc. You can list your friends (and your rivals), upload photos and send messages to other members, all pretty cool stuff.

Accessorize your Quadrathlon T shirt

So I was trawling across the Internet and I came across a company that creates the rubber bracelets, a'la Livestrong, and I thought what a nice complement to our new shirt.

I wanted to take a straw poll on whether the runners here would be interested in getting them. They are quite inexpensive and there are several price point breaks depending on the quantity ordered. In the spirit of their original purpose - charity, I would like to suggest that those who are interested add an 'x' amount to their payment the total donation after costs would then go to a charity that the winners select.
